A rather strange query

OK you people might find this very strange as ill be asking whether two things almost opposite can be used togehter ...

Ok now ... one of my friends is about to buy a personal car ... and I am getting one for myself in around a year too.

For my friend ... he plans on getting a Civic EX 1992-94 ... doing some simple bolt on mods to the engine. CAI, headers, bigger exhaust, better plugs and wiring. Now question is ... can we run this car on CNG without any problems ? I.E ... normally cruise around in CNG but when we need to really push it we convert it to Petrol. Is this possible? Will it be ok and not cause a bunch of problems?

Also ... for later ... can a B16A2 run fine on a CNG convert as well ?

Because of so much dialy average going to his universty for him ... petrol is definately not affordable.

For myself later next year Im going to try and do the same thing if possible to a ... if I can find ... a MK2 Swift GT with the G13B ... or any other good easy to mantain hot hatch type combo. Will I hav much problems with the G13B on CNG ?

I know CNG and perfomance are more or less opposites ... but with the dialy running neither me nor my mate can afford petrol. And we both need something which has that extra punch! Shoq hai
