A weird prob..plz help

i hav khyber 99.
the engine is recently overhauled..
the problem is the car is perfect on CNG but wen switched to petrol the car shows sum WEIRD prob..
lyk wen i drive car on petrol for an hour n stop it n turn off the switch.the ENGINE stills keep a bit shakes..i switch bak again n then switch off..then it goes off..
the switch is good on CNG n no prob at all on gas.
2ndly the car sumtyms goes OFF on road wen put to neutral gear...this happens sumtyms n not alwaz..
plz help..
