ABS brakes and tyre size

I changed my Liana LXI's stock tyre (General 185x65x14) with Yokohama C-Drive, but the tyre-wala changed the size to 195x60x14. As the height of the tyre has reduced, will this effect the speedometer and ABS?

when the meter shows 100 kmph you will be actually going at 98.9 kmph..

it wont effect braking... braking and handling would improve...

mileage might very slightly go high...

dont blame the tyre wala... were you sleeping when he changed the tyres.... all the tyres brands are not avilale in all sizes...
