Abt automatic gear shift on cng

hi my corolla automatic gear does nt have shifteng of gear smoothly on cng but its smooth on petrol mean it makes lot of noise on cng while shifting gear automatically i have advancer an emulator installed i heard its cause of emulator is tht true

In CNG the shift is always not as smooth as in petrol BUT i surely should not make noise during shifting
