AC screw

yesterday i did comp tuning for my 1.6gli the mechanic said to me that turn on the AC he then rotated the screw cap(located near chasis no.) in the engine and the perfomance was very surprising on AC no loss in pick.

I want to know what is this for and whats the procedure for optimizing perfomance by that screw.

altering the throttle is usually not a part of a tuning procedure....was there a problem with it or you just thought your doesnt pick very good....

if the mechanic did it just like that...you will be visiting him soon in the near future.
