A/C Tripping

Last summer I had my service 1.6gli A / C. It worked great.

But now the fridge is degraded.And it doesn't trips on Econo mode.It continue to run in eco mode.

One more thing on the fan comes with AC (loctaed in front of the car) is also running very slow.
Last summer, the fan runs at full speed to create hummmmmmmm noise.

What is the problem iwant to know before you go to the mechanic

Get the weather .. Serviced and the fan, not a problem, the circuit in the dashboard that is responsible for 3 fan speeds of mite damage, every good repair person can fix it .. Probably cost around 100-200Rs. ok.
