AC working/ not workin

AC of my hyundai excel sometimes "thand pa deta hay"
i mean fit cooling kerta hay
and sometimes bari normal hawa deta hay

why is that so??
kabhi aisa bhi lagta hay kay ac duct k neechay wali openings main say thandi or ooper say garam hawa aa rahi hay

seems 2 issues,
1. evaporator requires cleaning/ fan speed is slow
2. some leakage in a/c ducts or u may insulate a/c piping/ducts in the hood.
btw R134 in fine, i guess.
