Adjustment of Plug Gap - VTI

Any one can comment on adjustment of plug gap, I just got changed plugs of my VTI from Honda dealer but feeling vibration now, they fixed the plugs without any adjustment of gap

Is your car running on CNG ?

If it is then it might require some adjustment otherwise almost all spark plugs come pre gapped from the factory.
