Advice needed for Car audio system?

I am in a fix for quiet some time now and am still unable to decide about what to put in the car for audio?

This is what i have currently. Panasonic double DIN chassis. Works well. no complaints, came stock with the car. But it does not have Mps or WMA capability.

I always wanted an upgrade preferably in a colour to match the interior, not silver like this one.

My options can be a double DIN chassis type system. Kenwood and pioneer are easily available ones.
Cost varies from 14K to 19K

I can also go for a single DIN chassis and a changer which can play Mp3 and WMA files and other files.

Cost around 15K

Also i can add a panasonic changer which is hard to find and expensive also.

Any suggestion about which one is a suitable and technicaly sound option?

Did you get another committee?

.....As far as MP3 player is concerned, sadly I haven't found any good player with a reasonable anti-shock memory (10Sec or so) available in the market. Pioneers have Anti-Shock mechanism while Kenwood have 3 Sec Anti-Shock Memory. An MP3 player with a lack of Anti-Shock system aren't that good (Recommended for plain roads only). I am not recommending any specific model, but do check for the Anti-Shock! (f)
