Advise Needed

Now i changed CVT & Vuale Body, The Noise was over but 1 problem is remains. in morning when i start the cars RMP goes down after 1/2KM Drive car became normal, secondly some time i feel brakes are not working good... Pls advice me what i do which make perfect my car.
