Air intake half-blocked

Air intake half-blocked

i have vti. the intake has been half blocked due to cng.
when ever i remove the blockage , the engine turns off(on cng).

can cng be adjusted accordingly so there is no need of half-block the intake?
the car doesnt perform well on petrol with intake half-blocked so thats y i want the blockage to be removed.

any suggestion?

install lambda one solution
i can set my honda to run without any blockage but then it doesnt idle with AC on.
i use aluminium foil to block.takes few seconds to take out when switch to petrol and drive on it
