Air/Fuel ratio

Hi I wud like 2 know the air is possible to install a 2 / fuel ratio meter in an alt if I have a MAF sensor? I need it, so I can tune my carburetor n hav the car runs on a perfect mix since I got my carburetor adjustment made by Enercon n theyve since it messed up my car's performance has reduced! my car has done ... stage1 a complete change! n Now I feel like a stock I can even cross mehran or as a fact, even a donkey! i dont want my car 2 run very lean or too rich! Experts plz throw sum light on this subject ....

I saw a stewart warner air / fuel gauge two days of manual sed tht it cud b used for tuning cars carburetor too! My question is how? n What would I need? thanks ...
