Alto pick V/S Vitz pick

Dear brothers,

I have a question from all of you. Which car has more pick on petrol?

Alto or Vitz 2000?

I own Toyota Vitz 2000 and one of my relative owns Alto 2002-2003 model. When I drove Alto yesterday I felt that Alto has more pick than my automatic Vitz. I thought may be Alto is manual that is why it has more pick.

But the difference is tooo toooo much. What do you guys say? Is my Vitz have problem or Alto really has 2-3 times better pick than Vitz on petrol.
