Alto Problem - Plz Help

Hello Friends,
This is my first time ever posting in this forum
i would like some help

I have a suzuki alto since the last 8 months. since 2 months all sorts of noises have started coming from the interior cabin (the suspension has been tightened elsewise it would've been making noises too)

I have fixed all of the cabin noises by adding foam and stuff, but theres a noise coming from the rear driverside door (its like a sound of metal on metal)
i have checked all the rods and the central locking guns and stuff in that door...

is anyone experiencing the same problem? the sound only comes on bumps and gravel roads

does anyone know any issues regarding the door locks on alto or the door hinges or anything else that could make such noise
