Antenna for civic vti 2005

I was getting CNG cylinder installed in my civic 2005 vti last week when the mechanic gave me a small antenna and said that he found in the trunk of my car. Of course, it would be connected somewhere as radio was working before that.

Since then radio in my car is not working and I don't know where this small antenna is required to be installed. It has no wire with it, it was just connected with a double tape.

Can somebody help me re-install it?
