Anti-Freez For Winter Which is Best ? German, American, British or Pakistani. Should Anti-freez should be replace if its in rediator since 2-3 years ?

Anti-Freez is Anti-Freez, dose not matter which country it came from......but, I wouldnt buy pakistani product..... who knows what they put in it...... may be just green color....
