Any cultus xpert???

actually i m facing a problem in cultus engine
that from 0 to 80 on gas or on petrol my car takes normal time ,checked with a drag race with stock cultus,and

, pulling is also great but after reaching 80km/h the

acceletation dies from 80 in 10 sec it reaches 90 n 100 and total 20sec after 80 it touch 115 and dail freezes . when i switch on petrol car
jumps to 121km/h max....... what would b the prob.. if its acceleration till 80 is normal.................
remember i shift at high rpms even car scretches on second gear and car touch 121 on 4th gear , on 5th shift it come back to 115 on petrol..

is yar car old or new?if its old.might be a problem is the clutch plate(better not)
bcuz i face the same problem in my khyber nd it was the clutch plate nd the problem was gonee once i changed it.
