Any method to check plug coils in efi cars

i am particularly looking for a method tocheck the plug coils of Honda civic 02, D15y engine, is there any electrical way to check the plug coil on a multimeter , and to know if it is bad enough to cause high consumptions, jerks, and misfires.

i repeat any electrical methods to test a plug coil

take out the coil while engine is switched on. touch the coil with engine body. If its leaking then u will see current pass through the coils from various areas rather than the opening tip.
