I want to order a product on ebay.com but I want to know is there someone who had experience with ebay.com in pakistan. I want to order a HID conversion kit.

You need to check Pakistan Custom regulations before you buy anything on eBay. Most sellers will mark the package as Gift on US Customs Form CN-22, but you need to be sure that it will not be held for duty. I do not know the setup of duty payment in Pakistan.
