Aqua Ac working only when CC set at low!

Hi members
I have an Aqua 2014 model which I have purchased recently. The car was alright and working properly. I did body wash and then wheel alignment and after that the car ac stopped working if I adjust the low temperature. The fan is giving heat even if the temperature is settled at 23 routine. I searched to know about so I can’t found anything as a solution. I am afraid of mechanics please tell me that ‘
Have anyone faced and fixed this problem? Here is the Link of same issue from US and a person abroad also faced same issue. Kindly help me to get rid of this problem.

have you ever used a car with climate control previously?

if your ambient temperature is lower then set temp of the cluster the AC WILL NOT START....at LOW only its turns on regardless of ambient temperature.
