Hi all friends
Hi I am here with a problem in the Toyota Aqua and its solution as well. I own a Toyota Aqua 2014 model. Suddenly I came up with many issues in my car. The acceleration was lost, engine was producing noise and the fuel economy of the car was also reduced. I have tried to fix the issue using traditional solutions like Cat cleaning, spark plugs change, CVT oil change etc. but issues were not resolved. By the way finally I removed the back seat and accessed the lithium battery. It turned out that the blower fan filter that keeps the battery cool was choked with lint from the seats The air inlets are inside the cabin both for prius and Aqua. This was causing battery heat up and the battery was not supplying full power to the motor causing all the above symptoms. I cleaned the filter and the drive changed immediately back to original and mileage came back to 22-25 kpl. So do check your battery filters and keep them clean as there is a lot of dust in Pakistan. A dirty filter can really mess up the drive of your hybrid.

Arif - on 03 Sep 2022 17:12:48 pmFor Aqua o r prius you need good quality plugs which are around 900 per plug. For Cat cleaning I just go to a regular silencer guy who cleans it with acid for around 2000.
