Aqua battery not charged fully

I purchased a Toyota Aqua 2012 Model 17 Number with
96000 KM on ODO meter. The hybrid battery in the car is replaced already but now Its battery is not charging to full as per the battery icon shown on the display screen. it charges to 80% saying as per
bars shown on the battery icon and then stops charging.
Please tell me what is the issue. The battery seller gives me 6 months guarantee.
I want to know if is it normal o r if this new battery also has faults.
Few people say it is normal and few say it may have a fault.
Please guide me in this regard. Thanks

My experience with Prius tells me that its relatively hard to charge the last 2 bars on the display because when the battery is more than 50% charged, the hybrid system gets very biased towards using the battery whenever it can, and shutting off the engine. So in normal traffic is hard and very rare to charge the hybrid battery upto 100%. So do a thorough check but if you already had the battery replaced, my guess is it should be good.

To charge the last 2 bars, drive where you can keep it close to 100kmh, o r at least above 85, soon you will see them light up too, till the top.
