Aqua wont unlock

I am facing an issue with my Toyota Aqua. For some reason my car cannot unlock. The issue is still there as I have also changed the battery of the remote. Even I have tried to unlock the car using key within the remote but car is not still unlocking. I have also checked the immobilizer light which is normally blinking. I think this issue can be because my car hit by motorcycles on the front bumper. But I am not sure that it is the actual problem. Kindly help me to fix this issue. I will be thankful to you.
