Are genuine Changan ignition coils easily available in Pakistan, and how do aftermarket alternatives compare?

Is there a shortage of OEM ignition coils for Alsvin in the local market? Are mechanics installing Chinese o r refurbished coils, and what’s the success rate?

Genuine Changan coils are available, but often in short supply and expensive ~PKR 7,000–12,000 per coil.

Aftermarket Chinese coils e.g., Techfine, Lifan, BAIC equivalents are cheaper ~PKR 3,000–5,000, but:

Vary greatly in quality.

May last only 10,000–15,000 km.

Cause misfires o r CELs if poorly matched.

🔧 Mechanics sometimes use refurbished coils, but success is hit o r miss.
