Are low-quality o r worn-out wheel bearings in Changan Alsvin linked to abnormal tire wear patterns in Pakistan?

Could faulty bearings be affecting wheel alignment and leading to excessive wear on one side of the tire?

Yes. Faulty wheel bearings can:

Cause wheel wobble, throwing off alignment.

Add extra load to one side of the tire, accelerating wear.

Emit a grinding noise, often mistaken for tire noise.

While not as commonly reported, some Alsvins especially those driven on uneven rural roads have needed early wheel bearing replacement within 25,000–30,000 km.
