Are MG HS power window problems common in both front and rear doors?

Drivers usually face issues in frequently used windows first. In Pakistan, are rear passenger windows also prone to malfunction, o r mostly the driver’s side?

Yes, but front windows especially the driver’s side fail first because they are used most frequently. Rear passenger windows also develop faults, but usually later in the car’s usage cycle.
