Are my engine temprature normal?

its khyber 99.
the radiator fan is direct mean it strts operatin as soon as i swtch on car.
thermostat removed by a "genious" mechanic
the prob is a frnd told me tht the car is overheating cuz on direct the temp needle must not go upto the mark in the PIC.
so kindly tell me is ma car fit or overheating???
radoator z rust free.washed it yesterday.water is always full..coolant nae hy bus..
water circulation in radiator is fine.
gaskets are OK.
so wat mite b the prob

it depends on ur temp gauge.. some gauges show the normal temperature mark at the mid point and some are just above the c point. this also happened to my khyber but if ur fan is direct then its not a problem..
secondly why have u removed thermostate ? in winters direct fan isnt good for ur car because ur engine wont reach the normal operating temperature beacuse of direct fan.
