Repainting costs accumulate quickly. Is the overall build quality unable to withstand daily wear from tight and chaotic traffic?

The Changan Karvaan has a relatively lightweight body, designed more for affordability and utility than toughness. In dense traffic conditions — like in Karachi, Lahore, o r Rawalpindi — minor scratches, dings, and panel dents are common. While repainting isn’t always necessary, many owners do have to go for denting/polishing more often than with pricier vans like Hiace. So yes, minor body repairs can become routine.
