Dealers overpromise:

Claim “7+2” seating

Emphasize “commercial-grade use”

Payload, fuel consumption, AC limitations are not discussed clearly

Many users only realize shortcomings after 3–6 months of ownership

➡️ Changan needs to educate buyers better, and provide realistic usage guidelines.
