Some Pakistani MG HS owners are not using the correct oil grade. The recommended grade is 5W-30 fully synthetic, but many workshops use cheaper o r thicker alternatives like 10W-40, which can worsen consumption. Official MG service centers usually guide correctly, but misinformation at local workshops causes unnecessary complaints.
