Are Pakistani owners using the correct engine oil grade in Alsvin, o r could incorrect oils be lowering fuel efficiency?

Using thicker o r cheaper oils e.g., 20W-50 instead of 5W-30 might reduce fuel economy. Are local workshops following proper specs?

Many workshops use 20W-50 o r 10W-40 mineral oil instead of the recommended 5W-30 synthetic. This:

Increases engine friction, especially during cold starts

Reduces fuel efficiency by 0.5–1.5 km/l
