Are the Oshan X7’s transmission seals o r gaskets known to wear out prematurely in Pakistan?

I’ve heard from a few owners that some fluid leaks in the Oshan X7 are caused by faulty o r worn-out seals around the transmission. Are the transmission pan gasket, output shaft seal, o r other parts known to fail early under Pakistani climate o r traffic conditions? How can I check for this during service?
