Yes:

Wiper blades degrade quickly in extreme heat o r due to cheap rubber.

Number plates become loose due to weak mounting brackets o r vibrations.

Exterior trims discolor, warp, o r fall off with time due to UV exposure and vibrations.

⛔ Conclusion: These parts don’t withstand prolonged exposure to harsh climate and require premature replacement, increasing maintenance costs.
