Audio player in chinese language

Hi all members of the platform
I own a Toyota Aqua 2012. The audio system of my car is in the Chinese language. How can I change the audio system in English in my car? Thanks in advance.

I think the language of Chinese car navigation units cannot be changed to English as these are their local panels. Better exchange with an android panel of universal size.
