Audio system around 15000

hi i am buying a new cd player and woofer + amp for my new 2002 civic, i need to buy a good cd player and woofer + amp in below 15000, so need help cause dont know much in audio systems, i am not a loud volume fan just wants some bass from the woofer at a medium volume so suggest wat u think.
