Auto Choke sensor of Honda VTI

Auto Choke sensor of Honda VTI

A couple of days ago I encountered a problem of high rpm / raised rpm during driving in my Honda Vti 2003. I got it checked and came to know that the Auto Choke Sensor is not functioning properly and needs a replacement. Does anybody knows why this problem happened, as I have been told that this sensor normally gets out of order in the Honda VTi. Does anybody has a solution to it too.

Sounds like you have a messed up idle control. Coz the reving in the start and you messing with it are very good signs of idle control malfunction
