Auto scanner

I want to know if any one knows the availibility of auto scanners in Rwp or Islamabad. I took my civic to a mechanic since the check engine light was on. he said its available but wuldnt tell me where to get one from.

does anyone have an idea where i can find it

depends on what kind of scanner you want ...price range 1.5lack - 4lack rupees.
