Auto Transmission Problem

Hello friends

I have a 2005 mitsubihsi shogun/pajero auto transmission

Im facing a little problem with it...SOMETIMES the gear slips and this only happens once in a blue moon. Mostly it happens after the car is driven for more than an hour or two.

Can anyone please suggest what can be the problem? Any good mechanic in Karachi?

have u checked ur transmission oil if its low goes down can be 1 of the problem is tht either the plates arnt working rightly in gearbox or the little couply which pumps the transmission oil isnt working which can replaced doesnt cost much get them checked happens! i cant help u on mechanics as iam in islamabad but had same problem with my prado took only an 1hr was fine after tht but get it checked as a new transmission cost alot!
