Automatic Transmission Oil??

Dear memebrs just need ur expert advice..i own civic vti 05 want to change its transmission oil?..the car has done 70k ..so is it the right time to change its auto(gear)oil?..if yes then which oil u recommend??..But do remember that its different from engine oil..Plz help me out..thnx
