Hi every body, i want knowledge regarding pros and cons of automatic and manual gear shifting system plz give your opinion thanx

automatic is all abt convenient driving. the drive is quite comfy...its very much an ideal transmission, keeping in mind our roads and traffic(karachi, lahore specially)....u basically avoid a lot of hassle when u dont hav clutch..........it depends upon ur driving but in auto trans the wear and tear of the clutch plates is minimal cuz da gear iz changed at the ideal time........but auto trans is a bit heavy on fuel!!

where as in manual trans....the clutch plate's life depends on how u drive the car...the ride is a bit tiring specially in traffic jams!!....liberty of changing gears when u want to.....i think thats all.
