Automatically comes in default setting

i have corolla se saloon 2003, 82000 Km done, CNG
yesterday while in city driving without any indication my audio player (Pioneer, factory fitted and no modyfications) revert into default setting.
i checked battery connections, they were in good condition, no looseness, n no contamination or sault buildup,
i am seeking your advice, what happened?

Aryan - on 29 Oct 2010 11:24:21 amstereo powerwire loose, stereo will set default when disconnected even for very short time unless yr stereo has memory damage
