B16A head on D15B block

Salam to all.
I just recently solved the problem with my D-15B, which has a non-vtec head.

I just want to know if it is possible to use a DOHC B-16a head with D-15B block. I am not sure if we can interchange parts if series is different D Vs. B.
Please help. Else help suggest upgrades like Cams, Pistons and Ecu on D-15B with v-tec head to crank out Optimum horses.

How much would it be for the above inclusive of labor, gaskets, etc.

if u try to built up a d15/d16,it will cost you alot and at the end of the day a good b16 would still ..... hope u got wat i mean ,
therefore i would suggest you to buy a complete b16 which will cost 60-65k ,always better,reliable and faster than any D series
