Baleno gear oil problem.....

last year i bought my baleno in sept... its a 2000 model...
in the first week i got the gear oil changed as told by my mechanic.....the car used to give some gharaari soung in the morning.. butt after some time it became ok...

now i m facing the same problem... but my car is only driven 24k till then.....
i think th mchanic will say the same thingg... but lets confirm it with the experts..
and also tell which gear oil to put... the one which will last for a longer life...
experts please tell quick till satureday.. thnx in advance.....
