hello!
your right answer about Lambda sensor and how it works...
in short...
its a sensor which is placed in exhaust piping to maintain stoichiometric mixture......which results in smooth drive and better fuel milage....!

about advancer and emulator........
so Advancer was electronic device which advances timing on CNG and convert it back to defualt when on gasoline as CNG needs advanced timing to burn out completery due to its nature...

Emulator...electronic device needed in Efi cars....work is simple..send false signals to ECU that Injectors are working as actually they are not when on CNG.......!also responsible for conversion b/w petrol to CNG after some RPM's which are adjustable...!

Lambda is optional.....if u put....u fell difference...b/w...in Efi car with DIS system(direct ignition system or Distributorless Ignition system).....Advancer is needed...
and for Efi cars Emulator is must....!
Carb car needs nothing of that all....! it needs advancer of carb type but its not available easily.....!
Thanxxx
