Battery Keeps Dying After Installing Accessories in Karvaan – Why?

After installing a rearview camera and roof fan, my Karvaans battery keeps draining, especially when parked for 2–3 days. I suspect the wiring o r accessories are causing a power drain.
Have others faced similar issues after installing aftermarket items? How did you resolve the drainage problem?
