Battery spillage on engine beam of my honda city

i have bought a new honda city.now i have observed that some battery spillage was there on the iron beam just underneath the battery(it is the beam on wihich engine is mounted).the spillage has removed black pain from the beam and metal is exposed with a little bit of rust on it. what should i do? has anyone ever experienced such problem? what would be the cause for it? would it be compromising safety ? what would be the remedy?

no buddy i think so there was mistake which you gonna do and you did this thats why problem was cause i have to setting my beam but never type mistake
