Best car to buy on lease?

hey guys i need guidance over which car would be best buying when your going for leasing? considering:
1) OWN / NO OWN?
2) INSURANCE / NO INSURANCE?
3) CNG / NO CNG?
which car offers which of above mentioned? keeping in mind that i can go for 2-3 lakh down payment and then onward monthly instalment upper limit is 15,000 max .. kindly suggest all cars in this range even if its 800 CC or 1.8L

On lease you will pay some 25% more for the car but with the ease of installments, so to avoid any further loss buy a car with good resale, Suzuki Alto 1000 is a good option and the installment will be under 10,000rupees per month.
