Best Engine Oil.....

Hi Guys,

I own a cuore 2007 model and i notice that my engine performance is much better when i use the Shell engine oil. yellow CNG wala.
Which oils do you prefer?

Also, i religiously change my engine oil, airfiletr and oil filter at 35000 kms. is that a good practice? or should i use them more than that?
