Best place for Tuning and oil change in Karachi

I have recently come to Karachi from Islamabad. I own a Toyota Aqua 2015 model. I want to do the regular maintenance like oil change, tuning, helping to improve the fuel average and other hybrid related issues. I need an experienced and skilled person who is well aware of hybrid vehicles. As I have covered a long distance and the average of my car is decreased from 23km/liter to 18km/l. kindly suggest me competent and experienced hybrid cars mechanic in DHA phase 5. I will be very thankful to you for guiding me to find a best place.
