Best Tyres 4 my Suzuki Cultus '06 (CNG)

helo frndz, i jus need an adviz frm u guyz, i heard tht more thicker the tyres, the lesser lives of shocks (of any car), i jus wanted 2 chnge my cultus tyres, they came wid F/F general tyres, dnt knw its number, but i dnt lik thm, i wana change thm wid any nic brand but reasonable one, so sujjest me som, also i wana change the rims, plz suggest me which rim i shud go 4 coz im vry confuse abt its diff numbers i.e 13' n 14', etc, so which shud i go 4, my car has ran so far 4500 km, help me in this matter , thanx frndz

man , stock i think u have 155/80/13 i think on these u r feeling lesser grip so best size is 175/70/13 this is best pllzzz dont change the rim size its better 4 u n ur car
